• We are pleased to announce that we will not be charging any commission on sales again this year!

• All items being hung on the walls need to come ready to hang. We will provide what you need to hang your items (i.e. nails), as there are strict rules around what we can use.

• All artwork submitted must be for sale.

• If you need assistance pricing your art, please contact us.

• When registering your pieces online, your ‘Piece Title’ needs to match the digital file name of the image you upload (only applies to independent artists).

• You must be available to set up your own art at The Roundhouse Community Arts and Recreation Centre.

  • Studios and organizations must set up on Tuesday, October 21, between 11:00am and 5:00pm.

  • Independent artists:

    • If you are showing your work on October 22, set-up takes place on Tuesday, October 21, between 11:00am and 5:00pm.

    • If you are only showing your work on October 23, set-up is on Thursday, October 23, between 9:00am and 10:15am.

    • If you are showing your work on both days, please set up on Tuesday, October 21, between 11:00am and 5:00pm.

Volunteers will be available on-site to assist independent artists, if requested during registration. If you are unable to attend during your setup window and need to drop off your artwork ahead of time, please contact us to make arrangements.

• All independent artists who are taking their own payments/agencies must remember to bring:

  • A cash float if taking cash payments.

  • A device set up to take electronic payments (via square reader/e-transfers).

  • Charging cords for the above device.

• You need to pick up your unsold artwork at the end of the show.

  • Studios and organizations must pick up their items on Thursday, October 23 at 7:30pm.

  • Independent artists:

    • If you are showing your work on both days, pick up is on October 23 at 7:30pm.

    • If you are only showing your work on October 22, pick up is at 7:30pm that same day.

    • If you are only showing your work on October 23, pick up is at 7:30pm that same day.
