Agencies Information

• Templates will be sent to agencies to do their own sale tags and biographies once registration closes.

• We will charge rental fees for agencies. Please note that there are a limited number of each table size and wall sections. Tables will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Additional wall space may become available on a first come, first served basis. Please let us know if you are interested in more wall space.

• Rental options and fees (maximum two full tables, per agency):

  • 3’ x 8’ full table ($125 each)

  • 3’ x 6’ full table ($100 each)

  • half table ($50 each)

  • 1/3 of a moveable wall (equivalent of one 4’ x 8’ lattice) ($15 each) – maximum six sections (one wall, both sides) per agency

• For all table and lattice rentals, registration is not confirmed until payment is received. We accept payment through the following options:

  • E-transfer – Direct payment to: Artshowdeposits@posabilities.ca

  • Cheque - Mail a cheque payable to posAbilities to:
