Agencies Information

Rental fees from studios and organizations help make this event possible. The show costs nearly $25,000 to produce. Your support allows us to run the event smoothly and offer free participation to independent artists. We appreciate your support and ask that payment be submitted promptly to confirm your participation. If registration fees are a barrier, please let us know.

If you’re helping artists participate in the show — for example, through organizing registration, transporting artwork, or attending the event with them — they would be considered supported artists. In this case, we ask that you register on their behalf as a participating agency or organization.
Agencies will be responsible for their own artist biographies and sale tags. Templates will be sent shortly after registration closes on September 14.
Agencies are required to attend both days of the show.
Please note that there are a limited number tables and wall sections.
You only need to register for the space you need. You do not need to submit individual artwork details, as you will be handling your own sales.
After your registration is submitted, your main contact will receive a floorplan by email. Spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis, so we encourage you to register early. You will have two business days to select your space. If we don’t receive your selection within that time, the space will be offered to the next agency on the list.
Rental options and fees (Space limited to one full table and up to one whole wall, per agency):
- Full table ($175 each)
- 1/4 of a moveable wall ($35 each) – maximum four sections (one wall, both sides) per agency
For all table and wall rentals, registration is not confirmed until payment is received. We accept payment through the following options:
